Before founding Made In America, Susana spent 13 years serving within Chicago Public Schools, where she gained valuable experience maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for students, staff, and the community. That work shaped her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and belief in creating healthy spaces where people can thrive.
When Susana moved to Washington, she found more than a beautiful place to live—she found a community that welcomed and encouraged her to pursue a lifelong dream of business ownership.
