Estimates and getting started

How to begin, what to share, and what happens before a cleaning plan is set.

How do I request a cleaning estimate?

Call or text (509) 851-9589 for the quickest response, or use the estimate form on the Contact page. Share the property type, approximate size, service needed, preferred timing, and any areas that need special attention.

Do you look at the property before providing a quote?

Commercial and more detailed projects generally begin with a conversation and an on-site assessment. Seeing the space helps define the scope, priorities, access needs, and schedule before a final cleaning plan is proposed.

What information should I provide with my request?

Include the type of property, approximate square footage if known, the cleaning service you need, your preferred schedule, and the condition of the space. Photos or a walkthrough may be helpful for construction, move-out, or unusually detailed work.

Can I call or text instead of completing the form?

Yes. Calling or texting is the primary contact option. The online form is available when it is more convenient to send property details asynchronously.

Commercial and janitorial cleaning

Recurring care, facility fit, schedules, and the work that can be included in a commercial plan.

Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning?

Yes. Recurring commercial and facility cleaning is the company’s primary focus. The scope can be shaped around the property’s traffic, priorities, operating hours, and desired service frequency.

Is commercial cleaning the same as janitorial service?

Janitorial service is the recurring core of commercial cleaning. A broader commercial program may also include floor care, carpet cleaning, windows, pressure washing, turnover work, and other scheduled services for the property.

What types of commercial properties do you clean?

Made In America works with offices, commercial facilities, managed properties, real-estate environments, and other workplaces that need dependable routine care. Contact the team to discuss the fit for a specific property.

Can the cleaning plan follow our business hours?

Scheduling is discussed during the assessment so the plan can account for building access, occupied hours, traffic, and operational needs. Exact availability depends on the property and current schedule.

Can commercial service include floors, carpets, or windows?

Yes. Commercial scopes may include carpet care, hard-floor and surface cleaning, interior or exterior windows, and other detail work. The agreed plan identifies which services are recurring and which are scheduled separately.

Post-construction and final cleaning

Preparing completed homes, renovations, and commercial spaces for inspection, occupancy, or handoff.

Do you provide post-construction cleaning?

Yes. Post-construction cleaning removes dust, debris, residue, and the small details left after building or renovation work. The goal is to prepare the finished space for walkthrough, occupancy, or buyer handoff.

Do you clean newly built homes before buyer handoff?

Yes. Final cleaning for newly completed homes can include detailed surfaces, floors, windows, fixtures, and remaining construction dust so the property presents as move-in ready.

Can you clean after a renovation or remodel?

Yes. Post-renovation cleaning can be scoped around the affected rooms or the entire property. The condition of the space and remaining contractor work should be discussed before scheduling.

When should final cleaning be scheduled?

Final cleaning is most effective after the major trades and dusty work are complete. If contractors still need access, discuss the sequence so the cleaning plan supports the intended inspection or handoff date.

Residential cleaning

Routine care, deeper resets, and cleaning around a move or property transition.

Do you provide residential cleaning?

Yes. Residential services include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, and move-out cleaning. The scope starts with the home’s condition and the help the customer needs.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

A deep-cleaning scope focuses on more detailed buildup and areas beyond routine upkeep. Because homes and priorities differ, the specific rooms, surfaces, fixtures, and detail work should be agreed before service.

Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes. Move-related cleaning can prepare an empty or transitioning home for the next occupant, a property walkthrough, or a fresh start. Share the property condition and timing when requesting an estimate.

Can residential cleaning include windows?

Interior and exterior window cleaning may be available as part of the requested scope. Window count, access, height, and condition can affect the assessment and scheduling.

Scheduling, access, and service areas

Practical questions about entering the property, changing priorities, and confirming local availability.

Where do you provide cleaning services?

Made In America serves Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and surrounding communities in Benton and Franklin Counties. Contact the team to confirm availability for a specific address or outlying area.

Do you serve smaller communities outside the Tri-Cities?

Service may be available in smaller Benton and Franklin County communities, including areas around West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, Finley, Connell, Mesa, Kahlotus, and Basin City. Exact travel availability must be confirmed.

Do I need to be present during cleaning?

Presence and access arrangements depend on the property and service. Entry instructions, keys, alarms, occupied areas, pets, and on-site contacts should be discussed before the first visit.

What if our cleaning priorities change?

Communicate the change directly so the scope or schedule can be reviewed. Recurring commercial programs work best when priorities, access, and property conditions stay clearly documented.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Made In America LLC is licensed and insured. Ask for any documentation your property, builder, or management process requires when discussing service.
